Well what a year 2016 was! Lots of new and repeat clients, allowing me to qualify within the top 20% of Realtors in the Victoria Real Estate Board for sales once again. An MLS Silver award and many new and repeat clients throughout the year - thanks to all who made it happen and lets make 2017 another year to celebrate!

My job is to get you the most amount of money in a timely fashion with the least amount of issues in selling your home. I accomplish this using modern marketing techniques and old fashioned hard work. I am consistently among the highest volume producer's in our marketplace and it's not by accident. In addition to my broker level licence I am a Ceritifed Negotiation Expert, CNE®, a combination of training and experience that is very rare in our marketplace. I became licenced in 2003, I was a member of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board, made up of about 10,000 Realtors at the time. In the first year I was eligible 2004, I earned entrance to the Medallion Club, given to the top 10% of Realtors in the Board. I qualified in the top 5% in 2005 and 2006.
Each year I was one of the top 3 producers in unit volume in my marketplace.
In early 2007 I opened the Sales Division of Cornerstone Properties Ltd. and became the Managing Broker for Trading Services after qualifying for my Broker's licence.
We created a boutique, productive, responsive team at Cornerstone, building over 2007 and 2008. In 2009 we were one of the most productive real estate firms in Victoria, on an per agent basis. In 2009 my personal production returned to MLS award winning levels, and continued through 2010 and 2011.
In 2011 I obtained the professional Accredited Buyers Representative, (ABR), designation. I am one of a very few Broker level licenced agents that can offer such a high level of qualifications and experience with respect to helping buyers.
2012 saw me return to selling full time and placing in the top 20% of Realtors in production-not bad for a year that started in May! My first full calender year back selling full time saw a return to top 10% status, and I have earned MLS awards once again every year since.
My family, including my wife Deidre and son Luke moved into our new home in Saanich in late 2006. For Deidre it was a homecoming and for Luke it was like a family reunion. Originally from Victoria she knew it was only a matter of time after we started having a family of our own that we would want to be closer to family.
Moving itself was no problem, as an army brat I've moved more times than I can recall. After getting my degree from the University of Toronto the long standing brat tradition of itchy feet continued leading to a three year round the world tour. Looking back I know that the decision to move the family to Victoria was the best decision we could have made.
With the arrival of our second son Milo in 2007 we know that there is no better place to live and to raise a family than here. This is what I like to share with my clients and friends when we talk about life and real estate. This, ultimately, is what they are both about.
