Your realtor® has done nothing for you.  You've had a ton of showings and no offers - all the realtor® does is talk about lowering the price.  You want someone who is going to work harder for you to sell the propety at the price that you want.  It can't possibly be the price, or the presentation of the property, or even the state of the market itself. Nope, it's the fault of the guy with his name on the sign.  Get rid of him, start over.

 

Except that virtually every time this happens, and the property does eventually sell, it is a at a listing price that is lower than where it was in the first place.  I've lost a couple of listings this year that went on to sell - both times the listing price was lowered substantially and then the property sold.  I've also picked up and sold a couple of listings this year from other agents, and both times the price was lowered substantially and then sold.  Can you see the pattern?

 

Many a hard working Realtor® gets the blame where none is deserved - have a think about it.
