Overall numbers are pretty much steady across the board with the exception of listing inventory, which remains low even by seasonal standards. There is a significant lack of inventory in the core Victoria and Oak Bay areas as well as some of Saanich for single family homes at most price points. This has led to a bit of a sellers market in these particular areas, but it is very site and category specific. A good illustration of the idea that real estate markets are not only local, but hyper local!
